Monday – Friday 9:00 am to 7:00 pm ET.

Saturday – 9:00 am to 3:00 pm ET. STS is closed on Sunday.

If we receive your message outside of normal business hours, a customer service representative will respond the next business day.

We will be closed for all federal holidays and from December 24th – January 1st of each year.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to know his/her state laws and regulations. (STS), its affiliates, agents, employees and owners are not responsible for merchandise purchased that is considered illegal in the customer’s state of residence. (STS), its affiliates, agents, employees and owners are not responsible for any injuries caused or sustained by the mishandling, misuse, or neglect of any of the products purchased.

International orders:  Please email your order information (to include quantities) to and we will reply with an order summary showing your total order cost, to include international shipping.  Your order will be shipped once you have reviewed your order summary and provided payment.

STS accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express via PayPal.

STS will also accept money orders and personal or company checks. Orders WILL NOT BE SHIPPED until checks have cleared. No exceptions.

There will be a $35.00 service charge on all returned checks.

STS does not accept COD’S. Payment must be received in full before orders are shipped.


Please provide a post office shipping address.

All shipping is via USPS Priority Mail.

International orders (orders shipped out of the US) may incur additional shipping charges. Our shipping rates do not include international shipping costs, customs fees and/or taxes. Customs fees and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer (not STS) and must be paid for by the customer, before Customs releases the shipment for delivery.

Return Policy

It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all packages upon delivery and contact STS immediately if any products are damaged or missing at time of delivery.

Customers must contact STS within 14 days of date of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Products must be returned unused and in their original package. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All refunds are void if not returned in its original packaging. Please allow 2-4 weeks (from the date merchandise is received at STS) to process returns.

STS highly encourages its customers to utilize a delivery service with tracking capabilities, as STS will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged returned merchandise.

A 20% restocking fee may apply to canceled or returned orders.

Lures are non-refundable. STS cannot exchange, refund or provide store credit on lures.

If you need to return an item, please contact STS with your order number and reason for the return. STS will respond quickly with return instructions. No returns will be accepted without prior approval.
